Group fitness is an excellent way to lose weight and meet new people. USF Recreation & Wellness offers free group fitness classes on campus. There are many classes available, from Total Body Fitness to Yoga. Nationally certified instructors will deliver a challenging, yet rewarding workout that is suitable for all fitness levels.
